Role purpose:
- Ensure execution of the herbicide product strategy and tactics to meet the business and financial objectives, build and drive branding strategy for product portfolio
- Manage actively herbicide product life cycle to ensure proper execution on each stage from idea evaluation to phase out. Drive sucesfull New Product Introductions (NPI’s) and brand repositioning
- Own herbicides SMS’s portfolio decisions for the BU, manage and allocate A&P (all 4Ps) spent and communication strategy
- Implement efficient soy, sunflower, oil seed rape herbicide campaign management at BU level in line with Portfolio/Product strategy and regional priorities, drive effective cross functional interaction
- Form and sustain close partnership with colleagues responsible for crop portfolio at European level and Managers responsible for herbicides development and trialing
- Contribute to forecasting with Sales to maximize accuracy and sales efficiency (S&OP)

Knowledge:
- Technical products knowledge, herbicide active ingredients knowledge
- Understanding of agricultural market customer needs and trends
- Knowledge of brand management and marketing
- Knowledge in portfolio management
- Understanding of the seed industry, crop protection and on the farm activities
Skills:
- 3-5 years еexperience in the agricultural industry (in marketing, sales)
- Experience in the application of crop agronomics and technologies and their contribution to the financial drivers of a grower’s business
- Analytical and project management skills
- Market and financial modelling
- Verbal and written English (advanced level)
