We’re a company providing first-line customer support for the iGaming industry, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a VIP CRM Manager who knows how to treat clients like royalty and keep things running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

  • Set up and manage CRM tools in the backend (segments, bonuses, campaigns)

  • Create and track tasks in Jira for setup, validation, and testing

  • Launch and manage campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels

  • Support VIP users via chat, resolve issues, and improve processes

  • Run A/B tests to improve communication and increase conversions

  • Monitor campaign performance (delivery, open rate, CTR, conversion)

  • Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities

  • Prepare regular reports on performance and key metrics

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams for consistent messaging

  • Ensure quality of promotions (accuracy, no bugs, correct setup)

What we expect:

  • English B2+ is a must (strong written communication and copywriting skills)

  • Experience: ~1 year in iGaming with email automation, omnichannel campaigns; chatbot experience is a plus

  • Tech skills: basic HTML/CSS, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), data analysis & problem-solving

  • Soft skills: multitasking, strong team player

  • Valid work authorization in Belarus
