We’re a company providing first-line customer support for the iGaming industry, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a VIP CRM Manager who knows how to treat clients like royalty and keep things running smoothly.
What you’ll do:

Set up and manage CRM tools in the backend (segments, bonuses, campaigns)

Create and track tasks in Jira for setup, validation, and testing

Launch and manage campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels

Support VIP users via chat, resolve issues, and improve processes

Run A/B tests to improve communication and increase conversions

Monitor campaign performance (delivery, open rate, CTR, conversion)

Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities
-
Prepare regular reports on performance and key metrics

Collaborate with marketing and content teams for consistent messaging

Ensure quality of promotions (accuracy, no bugs, correct setup)
What we expect:

English B2+ is a must (strong written communication and copywriting skills)

Experience: ~1 year in iGaming with email automation, omnichannel campaigns; chatbot experience is a plus

Tech skills: basic HTML/CSS, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), data analysis & problem-solving

Soft skills: multitasking, strong team player

Valid work authorization in Belarus
