The role focuses on marketing analytics, including building audience segments, preparing campaign data, and analyzing performance. You will work with large datasets, develop dashboards and reports, and support A/B testing to measure and improve campaign efficiency. The goal is to ensure data quality and turn insights into actionable improvements in targeting, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Create target audience segments, generate campaign-ready customer lists, and prepare data exports for messaging campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports for campaign performance tracking.
  • Support A/B testing of messaging content, timing, frequency, and audience targeting.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency in communication reporting.
  • Develop analytical frameworks for measuring campaign efficiency, incremental impact, and customer value.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ClickHouse and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SuperSet or similar.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance, customer acquisition funnels, retention, and LTV.
  • Ability to build dashboards, automate reports, and present insights in a clear way.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and marketing measurement approaches.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing and product teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with A/B testing and measuring incrementality.
  • Basic knowledge of Python.
