The Customer Success department is a team that bridges the gap between technical understanding of our solutions and fostering long-term strategic relationships with our clients.

As a Customer Success manager, you will be responsible for technical relationship management with our clients, which includes onboarding our main solutions, evaluating and delivering client requests for improvements, and proactively reaching out to the clients to ensure alignment between our products and the clients' business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Onboard clients to our core solutions;

  • Evaluate and deliver client improvement requests;

  • Proactively align our products with client business goals;

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Company products, MetaTrader 4 & 5 platforms;

  • Set and achieve client goals together;

  • Collect feedback and requests regularly, prepare product performance reports;

  • Create internal documentation for recurring issues;

  • Manage crises and own problem resolution;

  • Facilitate team communication for efficient solutions;

  • Report progress to senior management, clients, and sales/account teams;

  • Maintain CRM and company systems;

  • Train customers and colleagues on products and new features;

  • Drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms;

  • Product demo and presentation skills;

  • Basic technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, MySQL, REST API, Windows services);

  • Fluent English (C1+), Chinese or Spanish is a big plus;

  • Experience in Business Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Support, Customer Success or other customer-facing roles (SaaS/tech preferred).

Nice to have:

  • MetaTrader 4/5 platform experience.
