Social Media & Community Specialist

We are a product-driven IT company building a fast, secure, and privacy-focused VPN trusted by millions of users worldwide. As we scale across international markets, we're looking for a hands-on Social Media & Community Specialist to own our brand presence, grow engaged communities, and drive influencer partnerships across key platforms.

What You'll Do

Channel management & content

• Own and develop Free VPN Planet's presence on Telegram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram — content planning, posting, tone of voice, and audience growth tactics

• Manage the Telegram channel and bot end-to-end, including automation setup and subscriber engagement

• Adapt content formats and messaging to each platform's specific requirements and trends

Community & reputation

• Build and moderate active communities across platforms, with a particular focus on Reddit — participating in relevant subreddits and growing organic brand presence within platform guidelines

• Monitor brand mentions and manage comments across all channels

Influencer & partner marketing

• Research and evaluate Telegram channels and other creators for influencer placements: audience quality, content fit, and pricing

• Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, negotiations, briefing, pre-publication content review, and post-campaign analysis

• Maintain a structured data of active and prospective partners and influencers

Performance & reporting

• Track channel and campaign performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, AI search data etc.) and prepare regular reports

• Contribute to content experimentation and A/B testing of formats and messaging

Cross-functional collaboration & tooling

• Work closely with content and design teams to produce platform-native materials

• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, speed up content production, and improve operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SMM, community management, and influencer marketing — particularly on the listed platforms

• Strong working knowledge of Telegram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram — algorithms, formats, and audience behavior

• Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships, including outreach and performance tracking

• Proactive and advise with AI tools (GPT, automation platforms etc.) and a genuine interest in using them to work smarter

• English at B2/C1 level or above — you'll be communicating with international audiences daily

• Confident with spreadsheets and structured databases for reporting and partner management

• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams without losing attention to detail

• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or IT products is a strong plus
