We’re looking for a person who turns chaos into process, bugs into systems, and teams into well-oiled machines.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery coordination across product streams
- Maintain Jira as the single source of truth for tasks, bugs, priorities, statuses, blockers, and releases
- Structure and improve bug management across product, development, QA, and support
- Coordinate sprint operations: backlog readiness, planning, scope changes, blockers, carry-overs, and sprint summaries
- Manage release operations: release scope, QA readiness, release tickets, approvals, release notes, and post-release follow-up
- Track dependencies between product, engineering, QA, support, marketing, analytics, legal, and external partners
- Make delivery status transparent and predictable for the team and stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and help teams remove them
- Build lightweight, practical processes that teams can actually follow
- Turn Slack discussions, meeting outcomes, and loose requests into clear Jira items and action points
Your role in the team
- You are the operational owner of delivery visibility and process discipline.
- You work across teams: developers, QA, product, support
- You make sure nothing gets lost, forgotten, or ignored
- You are the person who:
- notices when something breaks in the process
- fixes it
- and makes sure it doesn’t break again
What we expect
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (advanced level)
- Understanding of product development lifecycle
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle, QA cycles, release management, and bug triage
- Ability to structure messy environments without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Confidence to challenge unclear requirements, missing owners, outdated statuses, and broken workflows
- Strong written communication skills in English
