Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, advertising, social media, and digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives to attract corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and individual guests.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage hotel branding, website content, promotional materials, and online presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, online travel agencies (OTA), influencers, and external vendors.
  • Organize hotel events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance guest engagement and market visibility.
  • Analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and occupancy reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and other operational departments to ensure consistent guest experience and brand standards.
  • Prepare marketing budgets, reports, and strategic plans for management review.
Qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales, branding, digital marketing, and promotional strategies.
  • Familiar with OTA platforms, social media management, and online advertising tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing-related software/tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
