Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front office operations to ensure excellent guest service and smooth workflow.
  • Supervise reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations activities.
  • Ensure all guests are welcomed professionally and assisted promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints, requests, and special arrangements efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservation systems.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate front office staff performance.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office or hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiar with hotel reservation systems and front office procedures.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
