Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure excellent guest service and smooth workflow.
- Supervise reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations activities.
- Ensure all guests are welcomed professionally and assisted promptly.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and special arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservation systems.
- Train, guide, and evaluate front office staff performance.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiar with hotel reservation systems and front office procedures.
- Able to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
