Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and employee records.
  • Supervise office administration, company assets, procurement, transportation, and facility management.
  • Coordinate with government institutions and external vendors regarding employment and operational matters.
  • Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Prepare HR and GA reports, documentation, and policy recommendations for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & GA or similar managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR practices, and general administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administration systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
