Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and employee records.
- Supervise office administration, company assets, procurement, transportation, and facility management.
- Coordinate with government institutions and external vendors regarding employment and operational matters.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
- Prepare HR and GA reports, documentation, and policy recommendations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & GA or similar managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR practices, and general administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administration systems.
