Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel property.
- Ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, utilities, and systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering systems.
- Monitor and maintain building safety, fire protection systems, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions and ensure guest comfort.
- Supervise engineering staff, contractors, and external service providers.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, engineering reports, and operational documentation.
- Control engineering expenses, maintenance budgets, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requests and operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and government regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance operations, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and technical operations.
- Familiar with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and utility management systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and operational standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Demonstrates responsibility, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
