Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise room attendants, public area attendants, laundry staff, and housekeeping supervisors.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained according to hotel standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures, cleaning schedules, and quality control standards.
• Monitor inventory and usage of housekeeping supplies, linens, uniforms, and cleaning equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special cleaning arrangements efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
• Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
• Prepare housekeeping reports, schedules, and operational documentation for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in hotel industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and professionalism.
