Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials, products, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding purchasing and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Ensure procurement and supply chain activities comply with company policies and operational standards.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Supervise warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory documentation.
• Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, and operational analysis for management review.
• Manage and evaluate supply chain staff performance and operational productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain or inventory management systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
• Demonstrates responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
