We are searching for someone who can build strong relationships with managers and store teams, provide full support across all HR-related processes, contribute to business growth through effective people management, and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters across assigned business units
- Support business leaders with workforce planning, org structure, and talent needs
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
- Translate business plans into people strategies and staffing requirements

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure timely execution of promotions, salary changes, transfers, and grading updates
- Drive mid-year and annual performance review cycles
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives (events, team-building, etc.)
- Partner with stakeholders to improve morale, productivity, and retention

Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure HR policies align with local labour laws and regulations
- Support audits and maintain compliant HR documentation
- Coordinate work permits, immigration processes, and employee documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HRBP / HR Generalist role, preferably in retail
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR processes
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Work conditions:
- Official employment, flexible start to the workday (8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 AM)
