We are searching for someone who can build strong relationships with managers and store teams, provide full support across all HR-related processes, contribute to business growth through effective people management, and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters across assigned business units
  • Support business leaders with workforce planning, org structure, and talent needs
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
  • Translate business plans into people strategies and staffing requirements
  • Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure timely execution of promotions, salary changes, transfers, and grading updates
  • Drive mid-year and annual performance review cycles
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives (events, team-building, etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve morale, productivity, and retention
  • Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure HR policies align with local labour laws and regulations
  • Support audits and maintain compliant HR documentation
  • Coordinate work permits, immigration processes, and employee documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HRBP / HR Generalist role, preferably in retail
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and HR processes
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
