Fuel Optimization and Management Specialist (Logistics)

Обязанности (Responsibilities):

• MPG Monitoring: Monitor each truck’s MPG (Miles Per Gallon) performance, ensuring it meets or exceeds the company’s established fuel efficiency thresholds.

• Idling Control: Track and analyze driver idling time to maintain acceptable levels and significantly reduce unnecessary fuel consumption.

• Fuel Station Compliance: Direct and ensure drivers fuel exclusively at company-approved and fuel team-recommended stations to maximize savings.

• Audit & Fraud Detection: Review fuel purchase activity to immediately identify irregularities, excessive usage, or non-compliance with company policies.

• Driver Coaching: Provide drivers with clear, fuel-saving recommendations and operational guidance to improve driving habits.

• Communication: Maintain daily communication with drivers regarding their MPG performance, idling issues, and compliance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with dispatchers and fleet management teams to support and execute fuel optimization initiatives.

• Reporting: Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive fuel performance reports for management review.

• Trend Analysis: Analyze large datasets through company tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and identify new trends for overall cost reduction.

Требования (Requirements):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience (fleet management, fuel optimization, logistics operations, or data analytics).

• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, complex formulas like XLOOKUP/IFS, data modeling). Proven experience handling large datasets.

• Analytical Mindset: High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly deliver policies and feedback to drivers.

• Languages: English (C1) and Russian (C1) are strictly required (both written and spoken).
