About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead and scale projects within the education and logistics sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through execution, building efficient operational systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across education and logistics initiatives.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and scale projects while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Design, implement, and optimize operational systems, processes, and workflows.
- Build, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and KPIs.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Drive process automation and standardization initiatives.
- Support the development of educational programs and logistics operations.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and priorities effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience building processes and systems from scratch.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of three languages (e.g., Uzbek, Russian, and English).
- Experience in education, logistics, or related industries.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
