Main Responsibilities:

  • Ownership with real influence: You will lead end‑to‑end brand strategy (SDP) and execution — from insights to plans to on-ground implementation.
  • Work on the largest and most dynamic portfolio: A predominantly OTC-heavy portfolio, with exposure to Rx brands as well, giving you a broader commercial skillset.
  • High learning curve + strong leadership exposure: You will work closely with senior stakeholders across functions (Medical, Regulatory, SCM, Legal, Compliance, Operations, COE) and develop a strong cross-functional leadership profile.
  • Regional & emerging markets exposure: You will regularly collaborate with teams across Emerging Markets, learning best practices and contributing to regional initiatives.
  • Continuous capability building: You will be part of structured learning and development programs — including internal and external trainings, and occasionally trainings conducted outside Uzbekistan.
  • Career progression through impact: Success in this role builds a strong platform for future growth into Portfolio Lead / Marketing Lead positions by demonstrating strategy + execution capability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual brand strategies and detailed brand plans (SDP) in alignment with company goals
  • Ensure 100% execution of the brand plan within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain all brand documentation, promotional materials, and medical claims strictly following local regulatory requirements and internal SOPs (LMRC).
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment (Medical, Operation, Regulatory, Legal, SCM, Compliance, Centre of Excellence) for successful plan implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher medical or pharmaceutical education.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management preferably in OTC segment.
  • Strong analytical skills and command over excel.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and market insight capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Uzbekistan pharma promotion regulations (preferred).
