We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a background in sales (experience in a related industry mobile phones or AIoT, consumer electronics, home appliances, automobiles, etc., or a sales director position for consumer products) to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Consumer electronics industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the mobile phone industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches that align with sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the mobile phone industry to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer electronic products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to drive sales performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
