We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join the client’s team. The company is an advertising network for Web3 projects with its headquarters in Estonia.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Publisher Support: Act as the main point of contact for both our clients (advertisers) and publishers, helping them launch, manage, and optimize their advertising campaigns.

Inbound Request Handling: Processing incoming inquiries via the website and onboarding new users to the platform.

Sales Assistance: Identifying potential clients, presenting the company’s offering, and helping drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.

Data & CRM Management: Maintaining the CRM database, tracking all interactions, and keeping relevant information up to date.

Campaign Analytics: Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and suggesting improvements to maximize ROI for clients and publishers.
Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or sales (experience in digital marketing or media buying is a huge plus).

Languages: Fluent English (C1) — this is crucial, as 100% of your daily communication will be with international clients and partners.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build friendly and professional relationships.

Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

Fast Learner: Ability to absorb new information quickly, especially regarding Web3 and digital advertising technologies.

Soft Skills: Great time-management, high adaptability, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
