We are seeking a Sales Manager (remote) for our partner at an American company that investigates digital crimes, protects online reputations, and neutralizes cyber threats.

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients.
- Conduct high-volume phone sales activities and follow-up communications.
- Consult with consumers to understand their situation and recommend appropriate services.
- Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Manage leads and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience.
- Strong B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience required.
- Experience selling services to U.S. or other English-speaking customers.
- Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated success in previous roles.
Working conditions:

- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time (New York), including a one-hour lunch break.
