We are seeking a Sales Manager (remote) for our partner at an American company that investigates digital crimes, protects online reputations, and neutralizes cyber threats.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients.
  • Conduct high-volume phone sales activities and follow-up communications.
  • Consult with consumers to understand their situation and recommend appropriate services.
  • Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Manage leads and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience.
  • Strong B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience required.
  • Experience selling services to U.S. or other English-speaking customers.
  • Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated success in previous roles.
