Compliance & Ethics Manager (Pharmaceutical Company)

We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Ethics Manager to join an international pharmaceutical company and lead the development and maintenance of the company’s compliance and ethics framework. Candidates with relevant experience in pharma or other highly regulated industries are encouraged to apply. Remote work and/or relocation options are available.

We consider candidates from Belarus and Kyrgyzstan who are open to relocating to Tashkent or frequent business travel. The exact scope of responsibility will be defined depending on the candidate’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s compliance program
• Ensure adherence to local and international laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Advise business stakeholders on compliance and ethics matters (including anti-corruption and interactions with HCPs/HCOs)
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Lead internal investigations and manage compliance cases
• Design and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Support internal and external audits
• Oversee third-party due diligence (KYC) and risk management
• Prepare reports and analytics for senior management

Requirements:

• Higher education (Law, Finance, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in compliance/ethics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of anti-corruption laws and industry standards (including HCP/HCO engagement)
• Experience in conducting investigations and implementing compliance policies
• English — at least Upper-Intermediate (B2+/C1)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
