What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, Digital and Back-office roles.
• Source talent using premium LinkedIn tools and other resources.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in closing complex roles. Experience in a recruiting agency will be a big plus.
• Fluent English.
• A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality.
• Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and be accountable for outcomes.
