Pay: 3 mln soums fixed + $400 commission per successful hire

REQUIREMENTS:
English: C1 level English with American accent
No university degree required
Strong communication skills
University students: okay

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Post driver job ads / generate leads
• Screen and interview driver candidates (license checks, experience verification)
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
