Finance Specialist (строительство)

We Are Hiring | Financial Specialist

UET Construction is an EPC construction company operating in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Financial Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytics in Power BI and strong knowledge of Excel

• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and payment schedules.

• Analyze planned vs. actual cash flows and payments.

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on financing, bank guarantees, and letters of credit.

• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting, including P&L, Cash Flow, CAPEX, and OPEX.

• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and support working capital optimization.

• Coordinate financial planning and payment approvals with internal departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics.

• At least 2 years of experience in finance and analytics in Power BI.

• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of cash flow management and budgeting.
