Updater Специалист

We are looking for candidates without prior experience in logistics who are eager to learn and grow in this field. After successfully completing our 1-month training course, you will have the opportunity to become an Updater Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Track & Monitor: Oversee freight transportation processes across the United States.

• Driver Coordination: Guide and assist drivers while they are on dedicated loads.

• Client Communication: Liaise with clients and resolve real-time operational issues during transit.

• Daily Support: Communicate with clients and drivers via phone and messaging channels.

• Conflict Resolution: Participate in resolving complex and high-stress situations efficiently.

Requirements

• Core Competencies: High stress tolerance, multitasking capability, and strong attention to detail.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Language Proficiency:

  • English: C1 or higher

  • Russian: B2 or higher

  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Flexibility: Readiness for shift adjustments and evolving schedules.

• Education & Availability: 4th-year university students, distance-learning students, or non-students.

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Location: On-site position in a central city office (in-office only; no remote option).

• Shift Rotate every 2 month
  Off days (5/2 or 6/1):

  • Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Evening/Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

  • Night/Early Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
