Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong distributor and customer relationships across the assigned region
- Design and implement effective sales strategies and business development initiatives
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and supply terms in alignment with company policies
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical product presentations, and solution-based selling
- Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide sales forecasts
- Collaborate closely with logistics, technical, and customer support teams to ensure service excellence
- Represent the company in regional commercial activities and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or distributor/channel management within the chemicals, polymer, plastics, or industrial products sector
- Hands-on experience with polymer additives, colorants, masterbatches, or raw materials for plastic processing is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of the plastic packaging industry, especially PET-related applications, is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- English fluency (both written and spoken) to coordinate with international colleagues
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to travel within Russia as required
