Automotive Parts and Service Coordinator

We operate three car dealerships in the USA and are expanding to a one more location in the next two months.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive coordinator who can handle fast-paced operations and keep workflows moving across multiple locations.

This is not a passive administrative role. You’ll be directly responsible for making sure mechanics have parts on time, schedules stay on track, reports are done, and vehicles get delivered without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, purchase, and track automotive parts while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  
• Manage daily schedules for multiple mechanics and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  
• Follow up with mechanics to collect performance reports, diagnose bottlenecks, and keep time tracking accurate.
  
• Coordinate vehicle delivery to customers, ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
  
• Resolve issues quickly and escalate when needed to avoid workflow disruptions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; you must keep people accountable.
  
• Intermediate+ English (spoken and written) to communicate with mechanics, vendors, and contractors.
  
• Experience in procurement or parts sourcing preferred.
  
• Automotive knowledge is a significant advantage.
  
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  
• Saturday availability upon request.
